Oh lordy, was it a hot day for a wedding.............95 with about that much humidity. This wedding party never complained once. We went down to the park in Marshall and got the first look and the wedding party pictures. They are Harley people, so we got the bike in some of the pictures. Probably the coolest pictures I have ever done. We missed some shots just because it was so hot, but these two and their wedding party totally ROCKED the pictures we did get!

Jess was the least demanding, easiest bride I have ever worked with. She has the sweetest personality, Mitch is one lucky guy! Jess is pretty lucky too, cause one look at the two of them together and you can see how much Mitch loves his new bride. Congratulations you two. Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!

Baby P was rockin her hat

What a sweetie pie. She was such a good little girl, let us take all the pictures of her pretty little self. She watches everywhere mama goes and has big smiles for her. The hat was a baby present from the church ladies. I Loved it, made the best little pictures!

Heather and Paul

I was privledged to be asked to do Paul and Heather's wedding in September. Paul has been a family friend since he was just a little guy. I am so happy he has found Heather. I know together they are going to have a great life together. When they look at each other if is clear to see just how much they love each other. Heather and Paul can't wait to see you again in September.

How adorable is this girl! She was such a great model for me. I loved every minute of taking your pictures Addisyn and can't wait to do it again!

Katie was the such a calm bride. Perhaps because she was so organized she just made it easy for herself and everyone around her to not stress and enjoy the special day.

Josh and Katie are so great together. They are always looking out for each other, trying to make sure the other is happy. They love each other and their friends and family, and it shows in everything they do.

Josh and Katie choose first look. When Josh saw Katie I think it took his breath away for a minute. She was an absolutely beautiful bride!

After meeting Tiffany and Neal and shooting their wedding one thing that really stands out is their love for each other and their love for their family and friends.

Tiffany worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly on her wedding day. She is a detail person and did an amazing job with all the little things that make a wedding special.

The colors were amazing, from the bridesmaid dresses, to Tiffany's shoes, it sparkled with vibrancy.

The wedding party, made up of family and friends were so much fun. It is obvious that they have been friends for a long time, loyal, yet can really have a great time together.

I LOVE these two. What more can I say.

They go together like peanut butter and jelly, like macaroni and cheese, like Tom and Jerry.

Thanks for doing everything I asked without too much complaining (Cory:), we got so great shots, you two were troopers for me.

I love my job!

Today I got to go to Redwood and take pictures of a fun family. We decided to met at the Redwood Falls City Park. If you ever get a chance, go visit the park. It is the largest city run park in MN. They do a great job and the park is beautiful! There was a light haze left from fog when I got there and so I walked around a took a few pictures before my family got there.

Nathan and Kelly are celebrating an Anniversary with new family pictures. They are diffently doing something right because their kids are not only adorable, but so well behaved, yet fun. Little E. has the best imagination. She made me a yummy ham and cheese, with mustard and mayo, all out of sticks. Thanks E.! I loved it. A. is such a little man, very serious about doing everything I ask him just right. He loves Sponge Bob and could be a little model. Thank you guys for a great morning!

Favorites for Aug. 2009

Aug. is a busy birthday month. We celebrated Carter, Jack, and Griffyn's birthdays in Aug. Started with Carter and Jackson's at the Redwood Falls Park. Great food, family and friends. The little boys and the big boys (and girls) had a blast. The little kids loved the cake, Jack in particular enjoyed the frosting. After eating and presents they played a great softball game, Plaetz's against Hillesheim's. Everyone had so much fun. Was a memory making day.

Griffy's birthday celebration was at the end of the month. Again, food was so yummy, family and friends made the day special. I'll never forget the look on Griff's face when we sang Happy Birthday to him. Like "what the heck is going on". He jumped into my arms, then relaxed and enjoyed the rest of the song. Grandpa S. helped him out with the presents. This was the year of the "Deere" for Griff. Addisyn was feeling loving, came out of the house and gave her bro a great big hug. After eating they all enjoyed a game of kickball. It is so much fun to watch Grandpas, parents, big kids and little all enjoying the same activity. These will be days memories where memories for the kids are made.

So Loved........

This little one is so lucky. When you walk in their front door you can feel the love and the pride they have for her.
